摘  要:利用Thermo-Calc热力学软件计算了4Cr13钢的相图和性质图,获得了氮溶解度曲线变化规律,并在实验室通过真空冶炼制备了氮质量分数分别为0.054%(1#)和0.098%(2#)的试验钢,结果表明:4Cr13钢氮溶解随着温度降低先增加后降低然后再增加的变化趋势,出现了“鼻尖点”,所对应的最大氮质量分数不超过0.1%。同时,氮的加入导致了HCP_A3#·2(Cr_(2)N)相的析出,抑制了M_(23)C_(6)型碳化物的析出。盐雾试验结果表明,1#和2#试验钢的耐蚀性较普通4Cr13钢更加优异,且随着氮含量的增加,耐蚀性进一步提高。The phase diagrams and property diagrams of 4Cr13 steel were calculated by Thermo-Calc thermodynamics software,and the change rule of nitrogen solubility curve was obtained.The 4Cr13 steels with nitrogen mass fraction of 0.054%(1^(#))and 0.098%(2^(#))were prepared by vacuum smelting in the laboratory.The results show that with the decrease of temperature,the nitrogen dissolution of 4Cr13 steel first increased,then decreased and then increased,and the"nose tip"appeared,corresponding to the maximum nitrogen mass fraction is less than 0.1%.At the same time,the addition of nitrogen leads to the precipitation of HCP_A3^(#)2(Cr2N)phase,and inhibits the precipitation of M_(23)C_(6) carbides.The salt spray test results show that the corrosion resistance of test steel 1#and 2^(#)is better than that of ordinary 4Cr13 steel,and the corrosion resistance is further improved with the increase of nitrogen content.
