摘  要:气体保护焊丝及焊条用热轧盘条H08Mn、H10Mn2生产工艺路线优化为:KR铁水预处理→转炉/电炉→LF→5#连铸(150方)。转炉/电炉出钢按照一定比例加入铝块和硅锰合金,炉后双挡渣控制下渣量,精炼过程使用电石和硅铁粉扩散脱氧。盘条全氧含量控制在30ppm以内,Si含量控制在0.05%以内,连铸坯低倍皮下气泡质量问题得以解决,并且连铸拉钢过程液位平稳,无絮流异常坯切废问题,成坯率提升了10.43%,优化工艺后两个钢种合金降本分别57.57元/吨钢、91.08元/吨钢。The production process of hot rolled wire steel H08Mn and H10Mn2 for gas shielded welding wire and electrode is optimized as follows:KR hot metal pretreatment→converter/electric furnace→LF→5#continuous casting.Aluminum block and silicon-manganese alloy are added in a certain proportion during converter/electric furnace tapping,and the slag amount is controlled by double slag blocking after the furnace.Calcium carbide and ferrosilicon powder are used for diffusion deoxidation in the refining process.The total oxygen content of wire rod is controlled within 30ppm,and the Si content is controlled within 0.05%.The quality problem of subcutaneous bubbles of continuous casting billet is solved.The liquid level in the process of continuous casting and steel drawing is stable,and there is no problem of abnormal billet cutting and scrap.The billet yield is increased by 10.43%.After optimizing the process,the production cost of the two steel grades is reduced by 57.57 yuan/ton of steel and 91.08 yuan/ton of steel respectively.
