摘 要:本文通过CT344A冲击试验研究了宽度方向取样位置、厚度方向取样位置、缺口方向以及缺口加工方式对冲击韧性检验结果的影响。结果表明:厚度方向取样位置对冲击韧性检测结果没有明显的影响;宽度方向边缘部位冲击韧性最高,1/2宽度部位的冲击韧性次之,中间部位的冲击韧性最低;缺口开在侧面的冲击韧性检测值比缺口开在正面的高;线切割+光学曲线磨床铣刀组合加工方式的检测结果的波动小,数据的稳定性更好。The influence of sampling position in width direction,sampling position in thickness direction,notch direction and notch processing method on the impact toughness test results was studied through CT344A impact test.The results show that the sampling position in the thickness direction has no obvious influence on the impact toughness test results;The impact toughness of the edge part in the width direction is the highest,followed by the impact toughness of the 1/2 width part,and the impact toughness of the middle part is the lowest;The impact toughness test value of the notch on the side is higher than that of the notch on the front;The detection results of the combined processing mode of wire cutting+optical curve grinder and milling cutter have little fluctuation,and the stability of the data is better.
