摘　　要：思想政治工作是党的优良传统、鲜明特色和突出政治优势,是一切工作的生命线。在面对群体相对较大、矛盾相对较多、工作相对难做的厂办大集体改革时,攀长特始终坚持“发展是第一要务,稳定是第一责任,思想是第一关键”的原则,始终坚持沉下去听呼声、迎上去做工作,始终坚持问题导向,着力解决好各方利益问题,促进了厂办大集体改革工作的稳步有效推进,在发挥思想政治工作在厂办大集体改革中作用方面进行了有益的探索和思考。Ideological and political work is the party's fine tradition,distinctive characteristics and prominent political advantages,and is the lifeblood of all work.In the face of the collective enterprise reform with relatively large groups,relatively many contradictions and relatively difficult work,Changcheng Speical Steel Company has always adhered to the principle of"development is the first priority,stability is the first responsibility,and thought is the first key",always adhered to the principle of listening to the voice,always adhered to the problem orientation,worked hard to safeguard the interests of all parties,and promoted the steady and effective progress of the collective enterprise reform,which has made beneficial exploration and reflection on the role of ideological and political work in the reform of the collective enterprise.
