摘  要:以温室盆栽的大叶菠菜为试验材料,喷施不同浓度的10%甘氨酸水溶肥,通过对菠菜株高、叶片数等生长指标进行测量,研究甘氨酸水溶肥对菠菜生长发育的影响,以期为甘氨酸水溶肥的商品化应用提供参考。结果表明:10%甘氨酸水溶肥处理可促进菠菜叶片的生长,提高叶片SPAD叶绿素含量、氮含量,提高植株干物质含量,但对菠菜的株高生长具有抑制作用;不同浓度处理均对菠菜根系生长有一定促进作用。综合比较,10%甘氨酸水溶肥300倍叶面喷施效果最佳,菠菜单株鲜重提高了20.59%,干重提高了20.55%,是较为适宜的使用浓度,可在菠菜生产中推广应用。Large leaf spinach potted in greenhouse was used as experimental material,spraying 10%glycine water-soluble fertilizer with different concentrations,and measuring the growth indexes such as plant height and leaf number of spinach,the effect of glycine water-soluble fertilizer on the growth and development of spinach was studied,in order to provide reference for the commercial application of glycine leaf fertilizer.The results showed that the treatment of 10%glycine water-soluble fertilizer could promote the growth of spinach into leaves,increase the chlorophyll content and nitrogen content of Leaf SPAD,and increase the dry matter content of plants,but inhibit the plant height growth of spinach;Different concentrations of treatment can promote the root growth of spinach,but the image effect is not significant.Comprehensive comparison showed that the effect of 300 times foliar spraying of 10%glycine water-soluble fertilizer was the best.The fresh weight per plant of spinach increased by 20.59%,and the dry weight increased by 20.55%.It is a more suitable concentration,which can be popularized and applied in spinach production.
