摘　　要：对一起10 kV跌落式熔断器瓷绝缘支柱胀裂引起弧光接地短路故障造成变电站出线开关跳闸,同时故障时电压波形中高次谐波分量经配电变压器绕组传递到低压侧,并对低压侧特定类单相用电设备(LED灯具)造成损坏过程进行分析,继而对故障中损坏居民家用电器赔偿处理法律依据提出完善修改建议。In this paper,an arc grounding short circuit fault caused by the expansion of porcelain insulation pole of 10 kV drop out fuse is analyzed.The fault causes the outgoing line switch of the substation to trip,and at the same time,the high-order harmonic component of the fault voltage is transferred to the low-voltage side through the distribution trans‐former winding,causing damage to specific single-phase electrical equipment(LED lamps)at the low-voltage side.Therefore,suggestions on improving the legal basis for compensation of household appliances damaged in the failure are proposed.
