摘  要:为高效去除废水中残留的四环素,通过水热合成法制备了Cu、Zr掺杂的SBA-15介孔分子筛Cu/SBA-15、Zr/SBA-15和Cu/Zr/SBA-15.通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM等对样品进行表征,并进行N_(2)吸附-脱附实验.结果表明,3种分子筛样品均具有孔道均一的介孔结构,活性组分Cu、Zr在Cu/Zr/SBA-15上分散均匀.3种样品中,Cu/Zr/SBA-15对四环素的吸附性能最佳,主要是因为Cu(Ⅱ)和四环素分子上供电子基团的配位作用以及Zr(Ⅳ)产生的路易斯酸与供电子基团的酸碱吸附作用.通过Langmuir模型对吸附平衡数据拟合,20,30,40℃时Cu/Zr/SBA-15对四环素的饱和吸附量分别为127.9,160.4,185.3 mg·g^(-1).Cu/Zr/SBA-15吸附四环素的过程符合拟二级动力学模型,吸附速率快,稳定性较好.In order to adsorb tetracycline in the water,Cu,Zr modified SBA-15 materials are prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and N_(2) adsorption-desorption experiment is carried out.The prepared samples show high ordered mesoporous structure with a uniform pore size distribution.For Cu/Zr/SBA-15,the Cu and Zr species are well dispersed on the surface of SBA-15.The adsorption experiments show that Cu/Zr/SBA-15 has the best adsorption performance for tetracycline mainly because of the coordination of electron-donating groups on Cu(Ⅱ)and tetracycline and the acid-base adsorption of Lewis acid and electron-donating groups generated by Zr(Ⅳ).The Langmuir model is used to fit the adsorption equilibrium data,and the saturated adsorption capacities of Cu/Zr/SBA-15 for tetracycline at 20,30,40℃are 127.9,160.4,185.3 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The TC adsorption kinetic on Cu/Zr/SBA-15 fits the pseudo-second-order kinetic model well.Cu/Zr/SBA-15 shows higher adsorption rate and good stability.
