摘 要:芦笋种子萌发时间长,萌发期间极易受环境条件影响。为了探究不同种类激素对芦笋种子萌发的影响,以不同浓度赤霉素(GA_(3))和萘乙酸(NAA)浸泡处理芦笋种子,对比分析不同处理间种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数等发芽参数指标的变化。结果表明,GA_(3)可显著提高芦笋种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和种子活力指数,尤其是增加发芽早期的萌发指标,并且随GA_(3)浓度增加,各参数均呈先增加后降低趋势。GA_(3)浓度400 mg/L对芦笋种子萌发促进作用最大,相比于对照(CK),其发芽率提高8.09%,发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力指数分别提高86.44%、45.61%和59.08%,发芽稳定期较对照减少4天;GA_(3)浓度大于400 mg/L时,各项发芽指标均开始下降。NAA浸种显著抑制芦笋种子萌发和胚根生长,延缓种子发芽时间,且随NAA浓度增加和发芽时间延长其抑制作用越来越明显。本研究条件下,400 mg/L GA_(3)浸种最有利于芦笋种子萌发。该研究结果可为芦笋标准化育苗提供一定技术依据。It takes a long time for germination of asparagus seeds,and its germination is susceptible to the changes of environment conditions.The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different hormones on seed germination of asparagus.The seeds were soaked in GA_(3) and NAA solutions with different concentrations,respectively.The changes in germination parameters such as germination rate,germination potential and vitality index were analyzed among different treatments.The results showed that GA_(3) could significantly increase the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and seed vitality index,especially the germination parameters at early germination stage.The germination parameters increased first and then decreased with the increase of GA_(3) concentration.GA_(3) at 400 mg/L promoted asparagus seed germination the most,and compared with the control(CK),the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and seed vitality index increased by 8.09%,86.44%,45.61%and 59.08%,and the stable period of germination was 4 d less.However,when the GA_(3) concentration was higher than 400 mg/L,all the germination parameters showed downward trends.NAA severely inhibited seed germination and radicle elongation of asparagus and delayed the time of germination,and the inhibition became more obvious with the increase of NAA concentration and extension of germination time.In summary,soaking seeds with 400 mg/L GA_(3) showed the best promoting effect on seed germination of asparagus.These results could provide some valuable references for standardized seedling production of asparagus.
