摘  要:煤粉爆炸是爆炸动力学研究的基础科学问题之一,在煤矿井下开采过程中,存在煤粉爆炸的可能性.为了探究点火延时对煤粉火焰传播过程的影响,本文以褐煤粉尘为研究对象,采用粉尘云火焰传播测试系统在不同点火延时下对质量浓度为500g/m^(3)煤粉火焰传播过程进行了研究.用高速摄影装置记录火焰的传播过程,进而分析不同点火延时下煤粉爆炸火焰传播的高度和速度.研究结果表明,随着点火延时的增加,火焰传播高度和火焰传播均呈现先增加后减小趋势,且速度曲线呈现倒“U”型;当点火延时为100 ms时,火焰传播高度和速度均达到最大值,为最佳点火延时.Coal dust explosion is one of the basic scientific problems in explosion dynamics research.There is the possibility of coal dust explosion underground coal mining.To explore the influence of ignition delay on the flame propagation of coal dust,this paper took the lignite dust as the research object,and the flame propagation of coal dust with a concentration of 500 g/m^(3) under different ignition delays was explored by the dust cloud flame propagation test system.The flame propagation was recorded with a high-speed camera,and then the height and speed of coal dust explosion flame propagation under different ignition delays were analyzed.The results show that with the increase in ignition delay,the flame propagation height and speed first increased and then decreased,and the speed curve presents an inverted“U”shape.When the ignition delay is 100 ms,the flame propagation height and speed reach the maximum value,it is the best ignition delay.
