摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是2型糖尿病、心血管疾病等慢性代谢性疾病的主要诱因,常与糖脂代谢紊乱、氧化应激、相关细胞因子含量变化、内质网应激等因素有关,严重影响动物健康生长且降低畜牧业经济效益。明确动物胰岛素抵抗的发生机制及影响因素对寻找有效改善胰岛素抵抗的药物和治疗方法具有重大意义。文章从胰岛素抵抗的发生机制、影响因素和治疗措施等方面进行论述,以期为有效缓解胰岛素抵抗及治疗相关疾病提供参考。Insulin resistance(IR) is the main cause of chronic metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. It is often related to glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, oxidative stress, changes in the content of related cytokines, endoplasmic reticulum stress and other factors, which seriously affects the healthy growth of animals and reduces the economic benefits of animal husbandry. Understanding the mechanism and influencing factors of insulin resistance in animals is of great significance for finding effective drugs and treatments to improve insulin resistance. In this paper, the pathogenesis, influencing factors and therapeutic measures of insulin resistance were discussed in order to provide reference for effective remission of insulin resistance and treatment of related diseases.
