摘  要:为了揭示沃金黑牛生长发育规律,加强沃金黑牛品种选育,进一步提高其生产性能,试验以6,12,18,24月龄的沃金黑牛为研究对象,测定各生长阶段体重、体尺、眼肌面积、背膘厚,对体重与各表型性状指标进行相关性分析与回归分析,并建立最适回归模型。结果表明:6月龄沃金黑牛阉牛的体重与胸围相关系数最大(P<0.01),12,18,24月龄沃金黑牛阉牛的体重与腹围相关系数最大(P<0.01);6,18,12,24月龄沃金黑牛母牛的体重分别与胸围、十字部高、胸围、腹围的相关系数最大(P<0.01);在6,12,18,24月龄沃金黑牛阉牛的回归模型中,胸围(3.789)、管围(11.720)、十字部高(3.315)和体高(5.378)的回归系数最高;在6,12,18,24月龄沃金黑牛母牛的回归模型中,胸围(3.077)、十字部高(5.586)、胸围(3.251)和背膘厚(67.708)的回归系数最高;构建了8个不同生长阶段沃金黑牛的最适回归方程,且不同生长阶段体重与体尺、眼肌面积和背膘厚存在不同程度的线性关系。说明在沃金黑牛品种选育中,需加强对各生长阶段显著影响沃金黑牛体重的表型性状指标的选择。In order to reveal the growth and development rules of Wojin black cattle, to strengthen its breed selection and to further improve its production performance, in this study, 6,12,18,and 24-month-old Wojin black cattle were selected for the measurement of body weight, body size, eye muscle area, and backfat thickness in different growth stages.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed between body weight and phenotypic traits, and the optimal regression model was established.The result showed that the correlation coefficient between body weight and chest girth was the biggest in 6-month-old Wojin black castrated bulls(P<0.01), and the correlation coefficient between body weight and abdominal girth was the biggest in 12, 18 and 24-month-old Wojin black castrated bulls(P<0.01).The body weight had significant correlation coefficients with chest circumference, cross height and abdominal circumference in 6,18, 12 and 24-month-old Wojin black cows(P<0.01). The regression coefficient of chest circumference(3.789), pipe circumference(11.720), cross height(3.315) and body height(5.378) were the highest in regression models of 6,12,18,24 month Wojin black castrated bulls. The regression coefficient of chest circumference(3.077), cross height(5.586), chest circumference(3.251) and backfat thickness(67.708) were the highest in regression models of 6,12,18,24 month Wojin black cows. Eight optimal regression equations were constructed in different growth stages of Woking black cattle, and body weight showed different degrees of linear relationship with body size, eye muscle area and backfat thickness in different growth stages. The results indicated that the selection of phenotypic traits that significantly affect the body weight of Wojin black cattle in different growth stages should be strengthened in the breeding of Wojin black cattle.
