摘 要:为进一步挖掘DC-DC开关电源技术在体积、品质和成本等方面的优越性,综合考虑切换速度、频率、效率、安全和环保性等因素,设计一款基于LM5117并以CDS18532KCS MOS等降低功率控制器为主要设备的降功耗型开关电源。设计重点探讨DC-DC降压模块、PWM调制模块与降低纹波的方法,在电源设计中提出LM5117的具体外围电路的设计考量。系统硬件主要在滤波电路与MOS管驱动电路方面加以改进。经测试,在额定输入电流下,最大输出电压为5 V,偏差小于15 mV,最大输出电流可达3 A,越流保护器工作状况良好。In order to further explore the advantages of DC-DC switching power supply technology in volume,quality and cost,and comprehensively consider the switching speed,frequency,efficiency,safety and environmental protection,a power-reducing switching power supply based on LM5117 and with CDS18532KCS MOS as its main equipment is designed.The design focuses on DC-DC buck module,PWM modulation module and the method of reducing ripple.In the power supply design,the design con-siderations of the specific peripheral circuit of LM5117 are put forward.The hardware of the system is mainly improved in filtering circuit and MOS transistor driving circuit.After testing,under the rated input current,the maximum output voltage is 5 V,the deviation is less than 15 mV,the maximum output current can reach 3 A,and the overcurrent protector works well.
