摘　　要：本文介绍了唐山开诚电控设备集团有限公司生产的ZJT2-500/1140两象限变频器在带式输送机上的应用,经过一段时间的改造调试到最后的正常使用。实践证明,大型强力带式输送机使用变频器主从机控制,大大降低了机械故障,减小了机械维护量和职工的劳动强度,促进了安全生产,收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。This paper introduces the application of ZJT2-500/1140 two-quadrant frequency converter produced by Tangshan Kaicheng Electronic Control Equipment Group Co.,Ltd.in belt conveyor,which has been reformed and debugged for a period of time and finally used normally.Practice has proved that large-scale strong belt conveyor is controlled by frequency converter master-slave machine,which greatly reduces mechanical failure,reduces mechanical maintenance and labor intensity of employees,promotes safe production,and receives good economic and social benefits.
