摘 要:在国际能源资源短缺、污染加重等背景下,绿色建筑成为我国城乡建设领域绿色低碳发展主导方向。为更好地满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,建议建设领域后续将关注点聚焦于为人民提供美好住房上。本文提出了美好住房的基本内涵要求,论述了推动绿色建筑到美好住房发展的重要意义和优势,讨论提出了美好住房相关指标体系的初步建议,并就后续工作推进给出建议。Under the background of international energy resource shortage and increased pollution,Green Buildings have become the leading direction of green and low-carbon development in China's urban and rural construction.In order to further meet the people's growing needs for a better life,it is suggested that the follow-up focus in the construction field should be on providing people with better housing.This paper puts forward the basic connotation requirements of better housing,discusses the important significance and advantages of promoting the development of Green Buildings to better housing,proposes preliminary suggestions on the relevant indicator system of better housing,and puts forward suggestions on the promotion of follow-up work.
