摘 要:宁波新典桥采用拱梁整体步履式顶推施工,桥梁跨度为213 m,桥长221.6 m,最大顶推跨度为70 m,相对于采用同类施工方式的桥梁,具有主梁较柔、顶推跨度较大、顶推重量较大、主梁有竖曲线且梁高有突变等特点与难点,在同类施工方式中属于施工难度很大的一座桥梁。根据实际施工方案和步骤,建立顶推全过程模型对施工过程中的主体结构进行验算。验算项包括主体结构的强度、支点处系梁腹板的局部稳定、支承位置加劲肋的验算、梁上支架位置的压柱稳定等。并结合计算结果对施工过程提出相关的建议和要求,对同类型施工方式的桥梁具有一定的借鉴意义。Ningbo Xindian Bridge is constructed by the arch-beam integral walking-type incremental launching.The span of the bridge is 213 m,the length of the bridge is 221.6 m,and the maximum span of incremental launching is 70 m.Compared with the bridges by the similar construction methods,there are the characteristics and difficulties of main beam flexible,incremental launching span long,incremental launching weight large,main beam with vertical curve and beam height with abrupt change.This kind of bridge belongs to a bridge with the great construction difficulties in the similar construction methods.According to the actual construction scheme and steps,the whole process model of incremental launching is established to check the main structure in the construction process.The check items include the strength of the main structure,the local stability of the tie beam web at the fulcrum,the check of the ribbed stiffener at the support position,the stability of compression leg at the support position on the beam,etc.Combined with the calculation results,the relevant suggestions and requirements for the construction process are proposed,which has some reference significance for the bridges by the same type of construction mode.
