摘 要:为进一步提高污泥经碱性厌氧发酵后生成的短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)产量,采用浓度梯度为0、10、25、50、75、100 mg/L的铜离子预处理污泥,通过预处理后污泥的细胞衰减率以及释放的有机物浓度来确定最佳铜离子浓度,然后利用最佳浓度考察铜离子预处理对污泥碱性厌氧发酵产SCFAs过程的影响。结果表明:铜离子浓度为100 mg/L时,污泥中的活细胞衰减了50.9%;污泥在铜离子浓度为25 mg/L、预处理时间为24 h时,含有的产酸所需基质比增加量达到最大值0.08 mg/(mg·h),基于效率确定25 mg/L为最佳铜离子浓度;经25 mg/L铜离子浓度预处理的污泥在碱性厌氧发酵6 d时,其SCFAs生成量达到最大值791.6 mg/L,比未经预处理的污泥直接进行碱性厌氧发酵时的产酸量高370.1 mg/L。To further improve the production of short-chain fatty acid(SCFAs)generated by the sludge after the alkaline anaerobic fermentation,the copper ion with the gradient concentrations of 0,10,25,50,75 and 100 mg/L is used to pretreat the sludge.The optimal concentration of copper ion is determined by the cell decay rate and the released organic matter concentration of the sludge after pretreatment.Then the optimum concentration is utilized to inspect the effect of copper ion pretreatment on the SCFAs process generated by alkaline anaerobic fermentation of sludge.The results show that the viable cells in the sludge are decreased by 50.9%when the concentration of copper ion is 100 mg/L.When the concentration of copper ion is 25 mg/L and the sludge is pretreated for 24 h,the specific increase of substrate for acid production reaches the maximum value of 0.08 mg/(mgoh).Based on the efficiency,the optimal concentration of copper ion is determined for 25 mg/L.The SCFAs production of the sludge pretreated by 25 mg/L copper ion concentration reaches the maximum value 791.6 mg/L during the alkaline anaerobic fermentation for 6 d.The acid production is 370.1 mg/L higher than that of alkaline anaerobic fermentation without pretreatment of sludge.
