疫情防控常态化下装饰项目消防工程云验收技术路径探索与实践

摘　　要：作为国家经济支柱产业的建筑业受疫情冲击影响巨大,后疫情时期,建设工程项目全面进入复工复产阶段,面临多重难点交织的问题。从装饰项目消防工程验收角度切入,通过验收部门实施远程线上云验收的探索,初步形成了可操作可复制的精细化监管实践经验,为监督机构在应对疫情常态化情况下,监督模式如何做出适应性改革提出建设性意见。As the national economic pillar industry,the construction industry has been hit hard by the pandemic.In the post-pandemic period,the construction engineering projects all enter into the resumed work and production stage,and also face the problems interlaced of many key and difficult points.From the perspective of the acceptance and inspection of fire protection engineering in the decoration project and through the exploration of the long-distance on-line cloud acceptance and inspection implemented by the acceptance check departments,the practical experience of the refined supervision that can be operated and copied has been formed,which puts forward the constructive suggestions on how to make the adaptive reform of supervision mode.
