基于CiteSpace对中英文西洋参临床研究文献的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 探究1991~2021年西洋参在临床研究应用中的研究热点和发展现状。方法 用CNKI和Web of Science核心合集数据库,收集与西洋参临床研究相关的中文文献和英文文献,利用CiteSpace5.6软件通过共现网络分析的方法,对关键词、机构、作者、国家等进行分析。结果 利用CNKI和Web of Science核心合集数据库找到符合要求的中文文献65篇、英文文献37篇,西洋参临床研究的文献发文量总体的趋势是先升高再降低然后趋于平稳。在西洋参临床研究的中文文献中经常出现的疾病关键词是心血管疾病类,在英文文献中是糖代谢类。在近期发表的中文文献中,关于疾病的关键词突现强度较高的是急性心肌梗死,在英文文献中是糖尿病。结论 揭了示西洋参在临床研究中文献数量变化的动态和趋势,分析了西洋参在临床研究应用的研究内容和研究热点,西洋参主要针治心血管和糖代谢类疾病,本文有利于发挥西洋参治疗疾病的独特优势,为西洋参的研究提供借鉴与参考。Objective To explore the research hotspots and development status of American ginseng in clinical research and application from 1991 to 2021.Methods CNKI and web of science core collection database were used to collect Chinese and English literature related to clinical research of American ginseng,and citespace5.6 software was used to analyze keywords,institutions,authors and countries through cooccurrence network analysis.Results Using CNKI and web of science core collection database,65 Chinese documents and 37 English documents meeting the requirements were found.The overall trend of the number of documents published in American ginseng clinical research is to increase first,then decrease,and then tend to be stable.The key words of diseases that often appear in the Chinese literature of American ginseng clinical research are cardiovascular diseases and glucose metabolism in the English literature.In the recent Chinese literature,the acute intensity of the disease is higher than that in the English literature.Conclusion This paper reveals the dynamics and trend of the number of documents showing American ginseng in clinical research,analyzes the research contents and research hotspots of American ginseng in clinical research application,and American ginseng is mainly used to treat cardiovascular and glucose metabolism diseases.This paper is conducive to give full play to the unique advantages of American ginseng in the treatment of diseases and provide reference for American ginseng research.
