基于格林模式的江苏省居民抗菌药物自我药疗行为及相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的:探索江苏省居民抗菌药物自我药疗行为情况及相关因素,为完善江苏省居民抗菌药物合理用药提供参考。方法:基于格林模式,通过自编问卷对江苏省居民进行调查,利用卡方检验分析不同特征居民抗菌药物自我药疗行为的差异,运用logistic回归分析居民抗菌药物自我药疗行为的相关因素。结果:824位江苏省居民中有68.2%的人近1年存在抗菌药物自我药疗行为。回归分析结果显示是否在家或宿舍常备抗菌药物、是否经常购买抗菌药物、是否会根据身边人的建议选择服用抗菌药物与进行抗菌药物自我药疗的频率相关(P<0.05)。结论:江苏省居民抗菌药物自我药疗行为比例较高,备药情况、购买频率、根据建议服药意向是该行为的相关因素。药品监管等相关政府职能部门、医院及药房均应采取多方面措施来提升居民抗菌药物用药合理程度。Objective:To explore the status of self-medication behavior of antibacterial drugs and its related factors of residents in Jiangsu province,so as to provide reference for improving the rational use of antibacterial drugs for residents in Jiangsu province.Methods:Based on PRECEDE-PROCEED model,residents in Jiangsu province were surveyed by self-compiled questionnaires.The chi-square test was used to analyze the differences of self-medication behavior of antibacterial drugs of residents with different characteristics,and logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the self-medication behavior of antibacterial drugs among residents in Jiangsu province.Results:The 68.2% of 824 residents in Jiangsu province had self-medication behavior of antibacterial drugs in a recent year.The results of regression analysis showed that the frequency of self-medication with antibacterial drugs was related to whether antibacterial drugs were kept at home or in dormitories,whether they often bought antibacterial drugs,and whether they chose to take antibacterial drugs according to the advice of people around them(P<0.05).Conclusion:The proportion of self-medication behavior of antibacterial drugs among residents in Jiangsu province is relatively high,and the preparation status,purchase frequency and intention to take medicine according to the recommendations are the related factors of this behavior.Relevant government departments such as drug supervision,hospitals and pharmacies should take various measures to improve the rational use of antibacterial drugs of residents.
