社会支持对山东省中青年2型糖尿病患者创伤后成长的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中青年2型糖尿病患者社会支持对其创伤后成长的影响,分析应对方式、心理弹性在其中的中介作用。方法:采用创伤后成长量表、心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表、医学应对问卷对山东省3所医院的中青年2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果:共得到330份有效问卷。中青年2型糖尿病患者创伤后成长得分为(51.36±16.47),创伤后成长、社会支持、面对应对方式、心理弹性均呈两两正相关(P<0.01)。中青年2型糖尿病患者社会支持可直接影响其创伤后成长,效应值为0.424,占总效应的61.01%;面对应对方式和心理弹性在社会支持与创伤后成长中起独立中介作用,分别占总效应的9.93%、12.09%;同时,面对应对方式和心理弹性在社会支持与创伤后成长间起链式中介作用,效应值为0.118,占总效应的16.98%。结论:中青年2型糖尿病患者创伤后成长处于低等水平,社会支持与创伤后成长的关系不仅受面对应对方式、心理弹性的单独中介作用影响,还受面对应对方式和心理弹性的链式中介作用影响。Objective:To explore the effect of social support on posttraumatic growth among young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyze the mediating role of coping style and resilience between them.Methods:Young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from three hospitals in Shandong province were selected to fill out the posttraumatic growth inventory,resilience scale,social support scale and medical coping style questionnaire.Results:A total of 330 valid questionnaires were obtained.The score of posttraumatic growth of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was(51.36±16.47).Posttraumatic growth,social support,confrontation coping style and resilience were significantly correlated with each other(P<0.01).The social support of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus directly affected the posttraumatic growth,and the effect value was 0.424,accounting for 61.01% of the total effect.Confrontation coping style and resilience had independent mediating effects between social support and posttraumatic growth,accounting for 9.93% and 12.09% of the total effect respectively.Meanwhile,confrontation coping style and resilience had a chain mediating effect between social support and posttraumatic growth,and the effect value was 0.118,accounting for 16.98% of the total effect.Conclusion:Posttraumatic growth of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is at a low level.The relationship between social support and posttraumatic growth is affected by the independent mediation of confrontation coping style and resilience,and also affected by the chain mediation of them.
