摘　　要：当前,我国蛋白质饲料尤其是豆粕价格较高。在此背景下,文章简介了成年反刍动物利用非蛋白氮的理论基础、瘤胃内能、氮“平衡发酵”的意义、成年反刍动物日粮真蛋白质减量技术应用要点和瘤胃对饲料蛋白质的改造作用等。At present,the price of protein feed,especially soybean meal,is high in our country.In this background,the theoretical basis for the utilization of non-protein nitrogen by adult ruminant,the signifi⁃cance of"balanced fermentation"for energy nitrogen in rumen,main points of application of true protein reduction techniques in adult ruminant diets,the transformation function of feed protein by rumen mi⁃crobes and so on were briefly introduced.
