摘  要:目的分析注射用骨瓜提取物对四肢骨折术后愈合的效果。方法100例四肢骨折患者,根据随机原则分为实验组与对照组,每组50例。两组根据骨折部位和骨头移动情况选择骨折治疗方案,术后均给予双氯芬酸钠口服联合头孢唑林钠静脉注射,实验组在此基础上给予注射用骨瓜提取物治疗。对比两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、骨痂密度评分、骨折愈合时间、炎症因子[血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]水平。结果术后4周,两组患者VAS评分均低于本组术前,且实验组患者VAS评分(1.34±0.83)分显著低于对照组的(2.97±1.32)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2、3、4周,实验组患者骨痂密度评分分别为(1.45±0.63)、(1.84±0.32)、(2.47±0.28)分,高于对照组的(1.21±0.56)、(1.59±0.17)、(2.11±0.09)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者肱骨骨折愈合时间为(13.20±1.03)周、尺桡骨骨折愈合时间为(13.05±1.30)周、股骨骨折愈合时间为(14.05±1.30)周、胫腓骨骨折愈合时间为(14.20±1.20)周,均明显短于对照组的(18.20±1.50)、(17.30±1.50)、(18.60±2.20)、(19.30±2.70)周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后72 h,两组患者CRP、IL-1、IL-10水平均高于本组术前,但实验组患者CRP(25.60±2.20)mg/L、IL-1为(1.60±0.20)μg/L、IL-10(34.70±3.20)ng/L均低于对照组的(31.40±3.30)mg/L、(2.22±0.33)μg/L、(44.30±3.80)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用注射用骨瓜提取物治疗能够有效降低四肢骨折术后患者的痛苦程度,减轻炎症反应,促进患肢的骨痂形成,加快骨折愈合速度,改善预后效果,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection on postoperative healing of extremity fractures.Methods A total of 100 patients with extremity fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.In both groups,the fracture treatment regimen was selected according to the fracture site and bone movement.Both groups were treated with diclofenac sodium orally combined with cefazolin sodium intravenously after surgery,and the experimental group was additionally treated with cervus and cucumis polypeptide for injection.Comparison was made on visual analogue scale(VAS)score,callus density score,fracture healing time,inflammatory cytokines[serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-10(IL-10)]level between the two groups.Results At 4 weeks after surgery,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before surgery,and the VAS score(1.34±0.83)points of the experimental group was significantly lower than(2.97±1.32)points of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2,3,and 4 weeks after surgery,the callus density scores in the experimental group were(1.45±0.63),(1.84±0.32),and(2.47±0.28)points,which were higher than(1.21±0.56),(1.59±0.17)and(2.11±0.09)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the healing time of humerus fractures was(13.20±1.03)weeks,the healing time of ulna and radius fractures was(13.05±1.30)weeks,the healing time of femoral fractures was(14.05±1.30)weeks,and the healing time of tibia and fibula fractures was(14.20±1.20)weeks,which were significantly shorter than(18.20±1.50),(17.30±1.50),(18.60±2.20),and(19.30±2.70)weeks in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).At 72 h after surgery,the levels of CRP,IL-1 and IL-10 in the two groups were higher than those before surgery in this group;the CRP(25.60±2.20)mg/L,IL-
