呼吸肌功能锻炼结合早期病房康复训练对心律失常患者心肺功能及生活质量的影响分析

摘  要:目的探讨呼吸肌功能锻炼结合早期病房康复训练对心律失常患者心肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法74例心律失常患者,采用系统抽样法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组采用呼吸肌功能锻炼结合早期病房康复训练。比较两组患者生活质量评分、心功能指标[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)]及训练前后肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)和第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]。结果观察组生理功能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能和精神健康评分分别为(74.59±2.89)、(75.87±2.23)、(76.94±2.29)、(76.38±2.26)、(75.34±2.31)分,均明显高于对照组的(65.85±3.12)、(66.34±3.04)、(65.48±2.63)、(64.57±2.54)、(65.87±2.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组LVEDD(47.57±4.95)mm小于对照组的(53.82±4.51)mm,LVEF(52.35±5.81)%大于对照组的(45.14±6.17)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练后,观察组FVC和FEV1分别为(3.00±0.52)、(2.14±0.18)L,均高于对照组的(2.65±0.41)、(1.89±0.15)L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸肌功能锻炼结合早期病房康复训练有助于改善心律失常患者心肺功能功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。Objective To discuss the effect of respiratory muscle function exercise combined with early ward rehabilitation training on cardiopulmonary function and quality of life in patients with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 74 cases of arrhythmia patients were divided into control group and observation group by systematic sampling method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group received respiratory muscle function exercise combined with early ward rehabilitation training.Both groups were compared in terms of quality of life score,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],and pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1)]before and after training.Results The physical function,emotional function,physical pain,social function and mental health scores of the observation group were(74.59±2.89),(75.87±2.23),(76.94±2.29),(76.38±2.26)and(75.34±2.31)points,which were significantly higher than(65.85±3.12),(66.34±3.04),(65.48±2.63),(64.57±2.54),and(65.87±2.34)points of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEDD(47.57±4.95)mm of the observation group was less than(53.82±4.51)mm of the control group,and the LVEF(52.35±5.81)%was greater than that(45.14±6.17)%of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the FVC and FEV1 of the observation group were(3.00±0.52)and(2.14±0.18)L,which were higher than(2.65±0.41)and(1.89±0.15)L of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory muscle function exercise combined with early ward rehabilitation training is conducive to improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
