厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压的效果

摘　　要：目的分析和比较厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法本次试验研究的对象由2018年10月开始筛选,截止日期为2019年10月,入院对象为在我院接受糖尿病合并高血压治疗的患者104例,根据随机平均分组原则将患者分为试验组与对照组,每组患者52例,其治疗方法分别为厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗和单一苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。结果与对照组患者相比,试验组患者治疗有效率明显较高(P<0.05)。与对照组患者相比,治疗后试验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及舒张压、收缩压均明显更低(P<0.05)。在血糖达标时间、血压达标时间的比较上,试验组患者显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者将厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平作为治疗方案,不仅可以改善患者的血糖指标、血压指标,而且可缩短其血糖、血压达标的时间,对控制患者的病情有着积极的作用和意义。Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods The subjects of this experimental study were selected from October 2018.The deadline is October 2019.The patients admitted to our hospital were 104 patients with diabetes and hypertension treated in our hospital.The patients were divided into groups according to the principle of random average grouping.There were 52 patients in each of the experimental group and the reference group.The treatment methods were irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate and amlodipine besylate.Results Compared with patients in the reference group,the experimental group had a significantly higher effective rate(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were statistically different from those in the reference group(P<0.05).In comparison of blood glucose reaching time and blood pressure reaching time,patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetes and hypertension take irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate as a treatment plan,which can not only improve the patients'blood glucose indexes and blood pressure indexes,but also shorten their blood glucose and blood pressure standards.The time has a positive effect and significance on controlling the patient's condition.
