摘　　要：目的探讨对急诊重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者采取多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗的意义。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月在大连市友谊医院急诊科的80例急诊重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者,按照治疗方法的不同分组,对照组40例急诊重症肺炎合并心力衰竭采用给予临床传统方案干预,试验组40例急诊重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者在给予临床传统方案干预治疗的基础上采取多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗,比较接受治疗后两组患者临床有效率情况。比较两组患者接受治疗后日常生活活动能力评分,临床疗效评分,功能状态评分。结果试验组患者接受治疗后的临床有效率为95.0%,对照组患者接受治疗后的临床有效率为80.0%,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者接受治疗后日常生活活动能力评分,临床疗效评分标准,功能状态评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急诊重症肺炎合并心力衰竭来说,采取多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗的临床效果较好,可以有效改善急诊重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者心率以及呼吸频率情况。Objective To explore the significance of dopamine combined with phentolamine in the treatment of emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods Eighty patients with emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure in the emergency Department of Dalian Friendship Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected.According to different treatment methods,40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional clinical intervention,40 patients in the experimental group with acute severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure were treated with dopamine combined with phentolamine on the basis of traditional clinical intervention.The clinical effective rates of the two groups were compared.The scores of activities of daily living,clinical efficacy and functional status were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate was 95.0% in the experimental group and 80.0%in the control group.The clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of activities of daily living,clinical efficacy and functional status in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of dopamine combined with phentolamine in the treatment of emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure is better,which can effectively improve the heart rate and respiratory rate of emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.
