基于健脾养血润肠治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于健脾养血润肠对患有慢性功能性便秘的老年人施治所呈现出的效果。方法从我院2021年6~12月接收到并开展治疗的慢性功能性便秘患者中选取老年患者100例,在分组时经随机数字表法向试验组和对照组中各纳入50例,并分别予以健脾养血润肠汤加减治疗、乳果糖口服液治疗。上述研究基础上完成对两组治疗情况的观察和对比。结果经直肠敏感阈值、球囊排除时间,以及中医证候分析结果显示,治疗前组间对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后均有改善,但明显试验组优于对照组,P<0.05。经总有效率的对比分析结果显示试验组高于对照组,P<0.05。经不良反应发生率的对比分析结果显示试验组低于对照组,P<0.05。经满意度的调查结果分析显示试验组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论以健脾养血润肠理论为指导治疗老年慢性功能性便秘可明显促进患者肠道功能恢复,有效缓解患者的临床症状。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of strengthening spleen,nourishing blood and moistening intestines on the elderly with chronic functional constipation.Methods All 100 elderly patients with chronic functional constipation received and treated in our hospital during the period from June to December 2021 were selected,and 50 elderly patients were included into the test group and the control group respectively by random number table,and were treated with jianpi yangxue runchang decoction and lactulose oral liquid respectively.On the basis of the above research,the review and comparison of the treatment of the two groups were completed.Results The results of transrectal sensitivity threshold,balloon exclusion time and TCM syndrome analysis showed that there was no difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,it was improved,but the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparative analysis of the total effective rate showed that the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The comparative analysis of adverse reaction rate showed that the test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The analysis of the satisfaction survey results showed that the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided by the theory of strengthening the spleen,nourishing the blood and moistening the intestines,the treatment of senile chronic functional constipation can significantly promote the recovery of intestinal function and effectively relieve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
