延续护理在心房颤动射频消融患者术后管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察对施以射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者应用延续护理的效果。方法观察对象选择于2020年1月至2021年12月就诊于我院的心房颤动患者80例,均接受射频消融术治疗,随机抽签法施以分组观察,施以常规护理的40例患者分入对照组,施以延续护理的40例患者分入试验组,对比和观察护理效果(负性情绪、治疗依从性、生活质量、护理满意度)。结果护理前负性情绪(焦虑、抑郁)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组患者比较,试验组患者负性情绪(焦虑、抑郁)评分护理后明显较低(P<0.05);与对照组患者(5.40±0.52)分比较,试验组患者治疗依从性(6.92±0.46)分明显较好(P<0.05);护理前生活质量各项评分两组比较无差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组患者比较,试验组患者生活质量(社会、物质状态、躯体、心理功能)各项评分护理后明显较好(P<0.05);与对照组患者比较,试验组患者护理满意度明显较好(P<0.05);失眠质量评分护理前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组患者比较,护理后试验组患者睡眠质量(日间功能障碍、睡眠药物应用、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠质量、总分)评分明显较好(P<0.05)。结论对施以射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者应用延续护理的效果突出,在负性情绪、治疗依从性、生活质量和护理满意度方面具有更为明显的优势。Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing care for radiofrequency ablation patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods Eighty patients with atrial fibrillation were selected from our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.All patients received Radiofrequency ablation therapy,the 40 patients who received routine nursing were divided into control group and the 40 patients who received continuous nursing were divided into test group,the nursing effect(negative emotion,treatment compliance,quality of life,nursing satisfaction)was compared and observed.Results There was no difference in negative mood(anxiety,depression)scores before care(P>0.05);compared with the control group,patients in the test group had significantly lower negative mood(anxiety,depression)scores after care(P<0.05);compared with patients in the control group(5.40±0.52),patients in the test group had significantly better treatment compliance(6.92±0.46)scores(P<0.05).There was no difference in the pre-care quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with patients in the control group,patients in the test group had significantly better quality of life(social,material state,somatic and psychological function)scores after care(P<0.05);compared with patients in the control group,patients in the test group had significantly better satisfaction with care(P<0.05);there was no difference in the insomnia quality scores between the two groups before care(P>0.05);compared with patients in the control group,patients in the test group had significantly better sleep quality(daytime dysfunction,sleep medication application,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,sleep duration,sleep time,sleep quality,total score)scores after care(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing to Radiofrequency ablation patients with atrial fibrillation has a significant effect on negative emotion,treatment compliance,quality of life and satisfaction with nursing.
