临床护理路径在胃癌手术患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究临床护理路径在胃癌手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法选择2017年9月至2019年9月来本院接受治疗的胃癌患者176例,随机分为78例的对照组(接受常规化护理干预)和78例的观察组(接受临床护理路径模式干预),分析并比较两组受试者住院时间、排气时间以及下床活动时间,同时对比两组受试者护理满意度情况。结果在下床活动时间、排气时间、住院时间方面比较,观察组上述指标明显短于对照组,P<0.05。从护理满意度比较来看:对照组为88.46%,观察组为97.44%,两组相比,P<0.05。结论临床护理路径应用于接受胃癌根治术的患者护理效果显著,有助于缩短患者的排气时间,可实现尽早下床活动和缩短住院时间,另外能够在根本上提升患者对临床护理的满意度。Objective To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 176 patients with gastric cancer from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 78 cases in each group.Control subjects received routine nursing intervention.Subjects in the observation group received clinical care path mode intervention,and the details of hospitalization time,exhaust time and activity time of subjects in the two groups were analyzed.Meanwhile,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of hospital stay,exhaust time and activity time were significantly shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 88.46%in the control group and 97.44%in the observation group,compared with the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients undergoing radical gastrectomy,the clinical nursing path model can achieve satisfactory results.This method is helpful to reduce the length of hospital stay,exhaust time,can achieve early out of bed activity.In addition,it can fundamentally improve the satisfaction rate of patients'clinical nursing.
