心理护理对妊娠晚期孕妇心身状态、睡眠质量及分娩结局的改善作用

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对妊娠晚期孕妇的影响。方法随机分组,对照组用常规护理,观察组用心理护理,评价两组的护理效果。结果护理干预后,观察组产妇剖宫产率、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可平衡产妇心理,能够改善睡眠质量,妊娠结局更好。Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on late pregnant women.Methods Randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given psychological nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results After nursing intervention,the cesarean section rate and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can balance the maternal psychology,improve the quality of sleep,and have a better pregnancy outcome,which is worth extensive promotion and application.
