集束化综合护理在脑卒中留置导尿管患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析针对脑卒中留置导尿管患者应用集束化干预策略的效果。方法本研究采用前后对比的类试验研究方法,以2019年7月至2021年6月某三级甲等医院神经外科脑卒中留置导尿管的220例患者为观察对象,2019年7月至2020年6月接受治疗的110例患者为对照组,2020年7月至2021年6月接受治疗的110例患者为观察组,采取集束化综合护理措施。比较两组患者导尿管相关尿路感染发生率、留置导尿管时间、住院时间。结果观察组导尿管相关尿路感染发生率、留置导尿管时间、患者住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化干预策略可以有效降低脑卒中患者留置导尿管相关尿路感染率,缩短留置导尿管时间及住院时间,有利于患者康复,提高医疗安全。Objective To study the effect of cluster intervention strategy on patients with cerebral apoplexy with indwelling catheter.Methods This study adopted the method of pre and post comparative quasi experimental study.220 patients with indwelling urinary catheters for cerebral apoplexy in a tertiary A-level hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were observed,110 patients receiving treatment from July 2019 to June 2020 were treated as the control group,and 110 patients receiving treatment from July 2020 to June 2021 were treated as the observation group.Cluster integrated nursing measures were taken.The incidence of catheter associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI),the number of days of catheter indwelling and the number of days in hospital were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of catheter associated urinary tract infection,the number of days of indwelling catheter and the number of days of hospitalization in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cluster intervention strategy can effectively reduce the rate of urinary tract infection associated with indwelling catheter in stroke patients,reduce the number of days of indwelling catheter,shorten the number of days in hospital,which is conducive to patient rehabilitation and improve medical safety.
