综合护理干预对神经外科重症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究对神经外科重症患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法选取86例神经外科重症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组进行常规的护理干预,观察组进行综合护理干预,评价两组患者的运动能力、生活能力,并对护理满意度进行调查。结果护理干预前,两组患者的运动能力和生活能力评分之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患者的运动能力和生活能力评分均明显改善,与同组护理干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者两项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理评价总满意31例,满意度为72.09%(31/43),观察组护理评价总满意40例,满意度为93.02%(40/43),两组满意度之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科重症患者在治疗的基础上实施综合护理干预,不仅可以显著提升患者的运动能力,改善其生活能力,而且能够显著提升家属对护理的满意度,提高护理过程的配合度。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on severe patients in neurosurgery.Methods A total of 86 severe neurosurgical patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The exercise ability and living ability of the two groups were evaluated,and the nursing satisfaction was investigated.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of motor ability and living ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of motor ability and living ability of the two groups were significantly improved,compared with the same group before nursing intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the two scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing evaluation in the control group was 31 cases,and the satisfaction was 72.09%(31/43).The total satisfaction of nursing evaluation in the observation group was 40 cases,and the satisfaction was 93.02%(40/43).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for severe neurosurgical patients on the basis of treatment can not only significantly improve the exercise ability and living ability of patients,but also significantly improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing and improve the cooperation degree of nursing process.
