摘  要:目的 优化气相色谱条件,建立气相色谱法测定荧光笔中11种苯系物(苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、1,2,4-三甲苯、1,3,5-三甲苯、1,2,3-连三甲苯、异丙苯和苯乙烯)含量的分析方法。方法 样品中加5.0 m L乙酸乙酯,涡旋混匀2 min,超声提取20 min,离心,采用气相色谱仪测定荧光笔中11种苯系物含量。结果 11种苯系物在2.0~20.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内与对应的峰面积呈良好线性关系(r>0.998),检出限(S/N=3)范围为0.04~0.1 mg/kg,加标回收率为83.2%~118.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.3%~8.9%。结论 该方法前处理操作简单、快速且灵敏度高,适用于荧光笔中苯系物的快速检测。Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of 11 benzene series(benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,p-xylene,m-xylene,o-xylene,1,2,4-trimethylbenzene,1,3,5-trimethylbenzene,1,2,3-trimethylbenzene,isopropylbenzene and styrene) in highlighter by optimizing the conditions of gas chromatography.Methods At first,5.0 m L ethyl acetate was added to the sample,followed by vortex mixing for 2 min,ultrasonic extraction for 20 min and then centrifugation.The 11 benzene series in highlighter were determined by gas chromatography.Results The 11 benzene series showed a good linear relationship(r>0.998) between the corresponding peak area and the mass concentration in the range of 2.0-20.0 mg/L,and the detection limit(S/N=3) was 0.04-0.1 mg/kg.The recovery rates ranged from 83.2%-118.2% with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 4.3%-8.9%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and sensitive for the rapid detection of benzene series in highlighter.
