摘 要:目的 检测亚洲带绦虫病患者血清IL-4和IL-10含量,探讨亚洲带绦虫病患者Th2型免疫反应特点。方法 选取健康体检者和亚洲带绦虫病患者各69例,分别为A、B组;9例对应的驱虫前后患者分别为C、D组。采用ELISA方法检测各组研究对象血清IL-4和IL-10含量,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 B组血清IL-4和IL-10含量分别为10.62(9.24,11.60)、7.29(6.12,10.54)pg/mL,均低于A组11.81(10.58,13.54)、8.23(6.70,11.77)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.84,P<0.001;Z=-2.94,P<0.01)。C、D两组血清IL-4和IL-10含量差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.24,P>0.05;Z=-1.72,P>0.05)。结论 感染亚洲带绦虫患者血清IL-4和IL-10含量下降,其通过抑制人体Th2型免疫,发挥免疫逃避作用。Objective To detect the contents of serum IL-4 and IL-10,and explore the characteristics of Th2 immune response in patients with Taenia asiatica taeniasis.Methods In total,69 healthy people and 69 patients with T.asiatica taeniasis were assigned into group A and group B,respectively,and of them,9 patients with T.asiatica who had one-month anthelmintic treatment were referred to group C in pre-treatment and group D in post-treatment.The contents of serum IL-4 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA,and the data were analyzed with statistical method.Results The serum levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in group B were 10.62(9.24,11.60) and 7.29(6.12,10.54) pg/mL,respectively,which were both lower than those in group A,11.81(10.58,13.54) and 8.23(6.70,11.77) pg/mL,and the differences were statistically significant(Z=-3.84,P<0.001;Z=-2.94,P<0.01).There were no significant differences in serum IL-4 and IL-10 levels between groups C and D(Z=-1.24,P>0.05;Z=-1.72,P>0.05).Conclusion The contents of serum IL-4 and IL-10 decreased in patients infected with Taenia asiatica,which play an immune evasion role by inhibiting human Th2 immunity.
