摘　　要：2022年,北京护理学会发布了《成人动脉血气分析临床操作实践标准(第二版)》。该《标准》在2017版《动脉血气分析临床操作实践标准》的基础上进行了修订,对成人患者动脉血气采血流程、动脉血气分析质量控制、动脉采血常见并发症及处理等方面的关键内容做了补充和调整,以期指导临床医务人员正确理解并使用该《标准》,增强对重症患者的护理能力,确保患者的安全治疗和操作者的职业安全。本文对其中内容和更新要点进行介绍与解读。In 2022,the Beijing Nursing Association issued the Clinical Practice Standards for Arterial Blood Gas Analysis in Adults,second edition.The new version of standards was revised on the basis of the 2017 edition of the Clinical Practice Standards for Arterial Blood Gas Analysis,and it has made recommendation adjustments and supplemented the key contents of the arterial blood gas collection process in adults,the quality control of arterial blood gas analysis,and the common complications and treatment of arterial blood collection.It is expected to guide clinical medical staff to correctly understand and use the standards,enhance the nursing ability of caring critically ill patients,ensure the safe treatment of patients and the occupational safety of operators.This article summarizes and interprets the content and updated points.
