摘　　要：目的:构建“互联网+”居家护理质量评价指标体系,以期为“互联网+”居家护理提供标准化、同质化的科学管理依据。方法:以结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式为理论框架,经政策梳理、文献分析、半结构访谈、专家会议法拟定初稿,并通过3轮专家函询及层次分析法,最终确立“互联网+”居家护理质量评价指标体系。结果:于2021年9月—10月共开展3轮函询,问卷的有效回收率分别为100.00%(21/21)、90.48%(19/21)、95.24%(20/21),专家权威系数分别为0.88、0.87、0.92,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.195、0.211、0.219(P<0.01)。最终构建的“互联网+”居家护理质量评价指标体系包括3项一级指标、8项二级指标和40项三级指标。结论:构建的“互联网+”居家护理质量评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可靠性,可为“互联网+”居家护理质量评价和监测提供参考依据。Objective:To construct the"Internet+"home nursing quality evaluation index system,in order to provide evidences for the standardization and homogeneity development of"Internet+"home-based nursing.Methods:Based on the structure-process-outcome three-dimension quality assessment model,the draft of"Internet+"home nursing quality index was prepared by combing through relevant policies,analyzing literature papers,semi-structured interview and consulting experts.Finally the"Internet+"home nursing quality index system was established through three rounds of expert letter consultation and analytic hierarchy process.Results:Three rounds of correspondence consultation were conducted from September to October,2021.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires during the three rounds were 100.00%(21/21),90.48%(19/21)and 95.24%(20/21),respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.88,0.87 and 0.92 and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.195,0.211 and 0.219(P<0.01).The final"Internet+"home nursing quality evaluation index system includes 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The"Internet+"home nursing quality evaluation index is scientific and reliable to provide reference for"Internet+"home nursing quality evaluation and monitoring.
