摘　　要：综述了生命末期皮肤衰竭的概念、相关术语、评估和管理策略,以期促进我国医护人员对生命末期皮肤衰竭的认知,推进生命末期皮肤衰竭相关研究,为探索生命末期基于安宁疗护理念的皮肤照护模式提供参考。The concept,terminology,assessment and management strategies of skin failure at the end of life are reviewed to promote the understanding and research in the related field of healthcare professionals in China,as well as to provide references for exploring the skin care model based on the synergy model of palliative care at the end of life.
