摘　　要：虚拟治理成本法在大气污染环境损害量化评估中应用较为广泛。以某化学品泄漏案为研究对象,采用《大气环境损害鉴定评估技术方法》对环境损害价值进行量化评估,以此提出该技术方法在实际案例应用中存在的不足及建议,为我国大气环境损害鉴定评估技术体系的完善提供参考。Virtual disposal cost approach is widely used in the quantitative assessment of ecological and environmental damage caused by air pollutants.Study on a chemical spill case,the Technical Method of Identification and Assessment for Atmospheric Environmental Damage is used to quantitative assessment of ecological and environmental damage.By analyzing the quantitative evaluation process,this paper puts forward the shortcomings existing in the application of the technical method and offer some suggestions in order to provide reference for the improvement of the technical system of atmospheric environmental damage identification and evaluation in China.
