检测位置对道路交通反光膜色度性能检测结果和判定影响的研究

摘　　要：道路交通反光膜具有膜良好的反射性能和广角性能,在道路交通安全方面起着重要作用,是交通工程中安全产品的重要组成部分之一。色度性能是反映道路交通反光膜产品质量的重要参数指标。道路交通反光膜检测设备的测试孔为10mm直径的圆,因此在测试样品上选择不同的检测位置对样品的色度性能检测结果必然存在影响。本文主要研究分析道路交通反光膜不同的位置检测,对其色度性能检测结果和判定的影响程度。Road traffic reflective film has good reflective performance and wide angle performance,plays a major role in road traffic safety.As an important parameter index reflecting the quality of road traffic reflective film,chroma performance is self-evident in visual perception.The test hole of detection equipment used in the industry is 10mm diameter circle,so the selection of different detection positions on the test sample will inevitably affect the test result of the chroma performance of the sample.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the influence of different position detection of road traffic reflective film on the chroma performance detection results and judgment of road traffic reflective film.
