摘　　要：数据标准是数据治理过程中,对使用和交换数据的一致性、完整性、准确性而制定的规范性,是提高数据质量的重要保障。然而,高校在信息化系统建设的初期,没有统一规划,导致许多数据标准不统一,从而无法实现数据的共享,造成了“数据孤岛”。文章通过国内外数据标准的研究及笔者实际工作经验,以江苏科技大学为例,阐述了数据标准规范制定与管理实践的过程。Data standards are the standardization of the consistency,integrity and accuracy of the use and exchange of data in the process of data governance,and an important guarantee for improving data quality.However,in the early stage of informatization construction,colleges and universities did not have a unified plan,resulting in inconsistent data standards,which made it impossible to share data,resulting in“data islands”.By studying the data standards at home and abroad and the author’s practical work experience,this paper takes Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as an example to expound the process of data standard specification formulation and management practice.
