摘　　要：为了保证公路交通畅通,减少事故车、干扰车,通常在高速公路路侧设置紧急停车带。若出现违规占用紧急停车带的情况,会影响特殊车辆的通行、加剧道路拥挤状况,甚至产生交通事故,从而给行车安全带来较大的隐患。因此,减少违规占用紧急停车带行为的发生次数迫在眉睫。基于这一思想,文章研究并设计了一种新型智能化监测示警车辆占用紧急停车带的附属装置,该装置的是将激光对射模块、光电传感器、报警系统与旋转摄像头有机结合,通过NB-IoT技术信息处理系统对占用紧急停车带的车辆状况进行判断并给出智能化处理方案。文章介绍了该装置的工作原理、硬件构成和创新特色,并对该装置的不足之处进行了分析与展望。In order to ensure the highway traffic smooth,reduce the accident car,interference car,usually in the highway side set up emergency parking belt.In case of illegal occupation of emergency parking belt,it will affect the passage of special vehicles,aggravate the road congestion,and even produce traffic accidents,thus bringing great hidden dangers to driving safety.Therefore,it is urgent to reduce the number of violations illegal occupation of emergency parking zone.Based on this idea,this paper studies and designs a new type of intelligent monitoring and warning on cars emergency parking area of the accessory device,the device is the laser correlation module,photoelectric sensor,alarm system and the organic combination of the rotating camera with NB-IoT technology information processing system for emergency parking area determine the situation of the vehicle and intelligent processing scheme is given.In this paper,the working principle,hardware composition and innovative features of the device are introduced,and the shortcomings of the device are analyzed and prospected.
