摘　　要：近年来,随着无障碍旅游事业的发展,残疾人旅游出行需求越来越高,与此同时,针对残疾人的旅游服务产品的缺少使得其需求难以得到有效满足。因此,当下亟须一个连接残疾人和景区的桥梁,打开无障碍旅游市场。文章基于问卷和实地调查,从残疾人需求出发,设计了一款基于微信平台的“旅无忧”景区导游小程序,设置了地图指引、景区导览、交流部落等功能版块,旨在满足残疾人旅游出行需求,推动无障碍旅游事业进一步发展。In recent years,with the development of barrier-free tourism,the needs of disabled people are higher and higher.At the same time,the lack of tourism products for disabled people makes it difficult to meet their needs effectively.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a bridge between the disabled and scenic spots to open up the barrier-free tourism market.Based on the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,this paper designs a mini-program for tour guides in“Travel Worry-free”scenic spots based on WeChat platform from the needs of the disabled,it has set up functional sections such as map guide,scenic area guide and communication tribe to meet the travel needs of the disabled and promote the further development of barrier-free tourism.
