摘　　要：数据治理和数据分析是提升大学服务水平和治理能力重要组成部分,但目前高校业务部门及师生反应最强的问题是填表复杂、多次填报、填过的数据存不下、已有的数据进不来、数据质量无法闭环等。文章总结师生填报痛点,基于江苏科技大学共享数据平台构建了一套智能填报服务系统,以解决无业务系统的智能数据填报采集,实现数据共享、数据校验,形成数据闭环,通过数据治理推送服务治理,实现“一网通办”以满足师生服务更高的需求。Data governance and data analysis are an important part of improving the service level and governance capability of universities.However,data management and services in colleges and universities still need to be further improved.The problems such as complicated form filling,repeated filling,unable to save the filled data,unable to automatically import existing data,and inability to close the loop of data quality are the most intense responses from business departments,teachers and students.This paper summarizes the pain points of data reporting for teachers and students,and builds a set of intelligent reporting service system based on the Jiangsu University of Science and Technology shared data platform to solve the collection of intelligent data reporting without a business system.The system realizes data sharing,data verification,and forms a data closed loop.At the same time,it integrates with the fusion portal to realize“all-in-one service”o meet the higher needs of teachers and students.
