摘  要:新冠疫情已成为影响当今时代经济生活不可忽视的重要环境因素之一,如何抓住后疫情时代"宅经济"蓬勃发展的机遇,助力消费结构转型升级,使其绿色化、智能化、科技化、高效化,已成为全球经济热题。本文创新性地从大学生及社区居民群体角度出发,立足社会发展与地区经济复苏,结合"宅经济"、"智能+"、"双碳政策"等技术基础及政策支撑,研究树立绿色消费观念的必要性及现实壁垒,并从升级传统实体经济模式、改善消费群体消费观念两大方面提出相应对策及建议,以期探索建立更加高效合理的消费生态体系。The COVID-19 has become one of the important environmental factors that cannot be ignored in today's economic life.How to seize the opportunity of the booming development of the"housing economy"in the post epidemic era,help the transformation and upgrading of the consumption structure,and make it green,intelligent,scientific and efficient has become a hot issue in the global economy.From the perspective of college students and community residents,based on social development and regional economic recovery,combined with the technical foundation and policy support of"housing economy","intelligence+","dual carbon policy",this paper creatively studies the necessity and practical barriers of establishing a green consumption concept,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of upgrading the traditional real economy model and improving the consumption concept of consumer groups,With a view to exploring the establishment of a more efficient and reasonable consumption ecosystem.
