基于轻资产运营模式下的保利地产财务风险分析与控制

摘　　要：房地产行业的政策调整和经济形势的不断变化为房地产企业向轻型资产运营模式转型提供了条件。保利地产作为率先转型轻资产运营模式的典型代表,其转型思路和运营模式对经济社会发展有着启发性的意义,对房地产行业未来走向有指导意义。本文通过对轻型资运营模式下保利地产财务风险的分析,得出轻资产运营模式对提升企业抵御财务风险能力有所帮助;通过整理保利地产财务相关数据,为房地产行业的发展和风险管控提供借鉴经验。The policy adjustment of the real estate industry and the continuous change of the economic situation provide conditions for the transformation of the real estate enterprises to the light asset operation mode.Poly Real Estate is a typical representative of the operation mode of taking the lead in transforming light assets.Its transformation ideas and operation mode are instructive to the economic and social development and the future trend of the real estate industry.By analyzing the financial risk of Poly Real Estate under the light asset operation mode,this paper concludes that the light asset operation mode is helpful to enhance the ability of enterprises to resist financial risk;By sorting out the relevant financial data of Poly Real Estate,we can provide reference experience for the development and risk control of the real estate industry.
