摘 要:在我国经济水平不断提高的背景之下,人们的生活水平也得到了极大的提升,同时随着科学技术的不断发展,互联网科技已全面应用于人们的生产和生活,因此商业银行也要在经营管理模式、产品创新发展等方面不断进行革新,以此来把握商业银行未来发展趋势。本文通过对商业银行目前面临的竞争进行深入分析,对于商业银行存在的问题提出相应的优化措施,进而得出商业银行要从建立差异化与移动化客户获取通道、打造个性化与虚拟化的金融产品、提升产品研发水平三个方面做好自身发展战略调整,进一步保障商业银行健康长远发展。Under the background of the continuous improvement of China's economic level,people's living standards have also been greatly improved.And with the continuous development of science and technology,Internet technology has been fully applied to people's production and life,so commercial banks should also continue to innovate in terms of business management mode,product innovation and development,so as to grasp the future development trend of commercial banks.Through an in-depth analysis of the current competition faced by commercial banks,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization measures for the problems existing in commercial banks,and then concludes that commercial banks should make adjustments to their own development strategies from three aspects:establishing differentiated and mobile customer acquisition channels,creating personalized and virtualized financial products,and improving product research and development levels,so as to further ensure the healthy and long-term development of commercial banks.
