摘　　要：目的:探讨医用黏合剂对剖宫产横切口愈合及美容效果的影响。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年6月于南昌市第一医院行子宫下段剖宫产的产妇作为研究对象,其皮肤切口均为横切口,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。试验组应用医用黏合剂进行皮肤切口粘合,对照组应用可吸收生物蛋白缝线行皮内美容缝合。比较两组术后切口愈合及美容效果,术中出血量、手术时间、抗生素使用时间。结果:两组线头反应发生率、甲级切口愈合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组切口疼痛评分、脂肪液化发生率、瘢痕生成评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,抗生素使用时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医用黏合剂可减轻剖宫产产妇切口疼痛程度,促进切口愈合,提高切口美观度及满意度,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the influence of medical adhesive on the healing of cesarean section transverse incision and cosmetic effect.Methods:The pregnant women who underwent low uterine segment cesarean section in the First Hospital of Nanchang from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,their skin incisions were all transverse incisions and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 37 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with medical adhesive for skin incision adhesion,and the control group was treated with absorbable biological protein suture for intradermal cosmetic sutures.The postoperative incision healing and cosmetic effects,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and antibiotic use time were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the incidence of thread ends reaction and grade A incision healing rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incision pain score,fat liquefaction incidence and scarring score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,operation time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and antibiotic use time in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical adhesive can reduce the incision pain level of puerpera undergoing caesarean section,promote incision healing,and improve incision aesthetics and satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
