细化护理质量管理在消毒供应中心生物监测中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究在消毒供应中心生物监测中应用细化护理质量管理的效果。方法:选取2021年2-7月中山市古镇人民医院实施常规护理质量管理的7名工作人员(护士4人、技术工人3人)、260次生物监测数据资料作为对照组,选取2021年8月-2022年1月实施细化护理质量管理的7名工作人员(同对照组)、260次生物监测数据资料作为研究组。比较两组灭菌物品生物监测合格率,统计两组生物监测缺陷情况,评估细化护理质量管理实施前后工作人员的满意度。结果:研究组灭菌物品生物监测合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生物指示剂出错、工作人员操作错误、结果读取不当、灭菌器异常等生物监测缺陷事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细化护理质量管理实施后,7名工作人员的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应中心生物监测中实施细化护理质量管理,可以提高生物监测合格率,避免生物监测缺陷事件,提高工作人员的满意度,临床价值显著。Objective:To study the effect of detailed nursing quality management in biological monitoring of disinfection supply center.Methods:From February 2021 to July 2021,7 staff members(4 nurses and 3 skilled workers)who performed routine nursing quality management in Zhongshan Guzhen People's Hospital and 260 times of biological monitoring data were selected as the control group.From August 2021 to January 2022,7 staff members(the same as the control group)who performed detailed nursing quality management and 260 times of biological monitoring data were selected as the research group.The qualified rate of biological monitoring of sterilized articles was compared between the two groups,and the defects of biological monitoring in the two groups were counted and the satisfaction of staff members in the two groups before and after detailed nursing quality management was evaluated.Results:The qualified rate of biological monitoring of sterilized articles in the study group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of biological monitoring defect events such as errors in biological indicators,errors in operation of staff members,improper reading results and abnormal sterilizers in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of detailed nursing quality management,the satisfaction of 7 staff members was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the biological monitoring of disinfection supply center,detailed nursing quality management can improve the qualified rate of biological monitoring,avoid the occurrence of biological monitoring defect events,improve the satisfaction of staff members,and have significant clinical value.
