从甘露饮窥探阴虚湿热证治之要

摘　　要：甘露饮用治胃肾阴虚,中焦湿热之阴虚湿热证,为阴虚湿热的代表方,亦可作为阴虚湿热的基础方随证加减。甘露饮之法可概括为胃肾阴虚,壮水为要;甘润养阴,不助湿热;清热燥湿,贵在得度;降肺胃气,开阖相济;甘苦合用;寒中佐温。窥其法以总结阴虚湿热证治之要为以养肾阴为先,并养他脏之阴,养阴药以甘寒濡润为主,辅以少味苦寒清热之品,清湿热药以苦辛寒为主,并佐降肺胃气之药,同时在全方配伍上应注意寒中佐温。Gan-Lu-Yin(GLY)is used to treat the TCM syndrome of stomach-kidney-yin deficiency and middle energizer damp-heat. GLY is the present of prescription for deficiency of yin with damp-heat syndrome. It also can be used as the basal prescription of deficiency of yin with damp-heat syndrome,which can be added or decreased according to the syndromes. The rule of GLY includes that takes strengthening kidney-yin as important in stomach-kidney-yin deficiency,nourishes yin with gan-run medicinal property of Chinese medicines and does not help damp and heat,eliminating damp and heat takes degree as important,downbearing lung-stomach-qi and making the open and the close help to each other,combines the gan and the ku medicinal properties of Chines medicines,uses the han medicinal property of Chinese medicines mainly and the wen medicinal property of Chinese medicines as auxiliary. The key point of the treatment of deficiency of yin with damp-heat syndrome is to nourish the kidney yin first and nourish the yin of other viscera. The Chinese medicine for nourishing yin is mainly gan-run,supplemented by less ku-han and heat clearing Chinese medicines;the Chinese medicine for clearing dampness and heat is mainly ku-xin-han,supplemented by the medicine for downbearing lung-stomach-qi. At the same time,in the compatibility of the whole prescription,we should pay attention to uses the han medicinal property of Chinese medicines mainly and the wen medicinal property of Chinese medicines as auxiliary.
