易黄汤加味联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗慢性宫颈炎伴高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者病毒载量疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察易黄汤加味联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗慢性宫颈炎伴高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HHPV)感染患者病毒载量的效果。方法 将我院200例慢性宫颈炎联合HHPV感染患者随机分为观察组与对照组各100例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合易黄汤加味治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后宫颈HPV病毒载量、HPV转阴率、中医症候积分、液基细胞学检测结果。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HPV病毒载量、各项中医症候积分低于对照组,HPV转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组液基细胞学检测结果改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论易黄汤加味联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓显著抑制慢性宫颈炎伴HHPV感染患者病毒复制,促进HPV转阴,改善中医症状,效果好。Objective To observe the effect of Modified Yihuang Decoction combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b suppository in treatment of viral load in patients with chronic cervicitis and high-risk human papillomavirus(HHPV)infection. Methods Two hundred patients with chronic cervicitis combined with HHPV infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. Control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b suppository,and observation group was treated with Modified Yihuang Decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy,cervical HPV viral load,HPV negative rate,TCM symptom score,and liquid-based cytology test results before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05);the HPV viral load and the scores of various TCM symptoms in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the HPV negative rate was higher than that in control group;the improvement of cytological test results was better than that of control group. Conclusion Modified Yihuang Decoction combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b suppository could significantly inhibit virus replication in patients with chronic cervicitis combined with HHPV infection,promote HPV negative conversion,and improve TCM symptoms with good effect.
