摘　　要：黄连温胆汤是在《三因极一病证方论》所载温胆汤的基础上加减化裁而成,主治多为痰热内扰所引起的多种湿热疾病。临证时,吕文亮教授不仅善用黄连温胆汤化裁治疗各种湿热类疾病,同时结合温病方证体系将黄连温胆汤扩展到内科杂病的治疗,临床效果显著。举验案3则,为黄连温胆汤的临床应用提供新的思路。Huanglian Wendan Decoction is based on the addition and subtraction of the Wendan Decoction recorded in Sanyin Jiyi Bingzheng Fanglun.It mainly treats a variety of damp-heat diseases caused by internal disturbance of phlegm and heat.When clinically diagnosed,Prof.LYU Wen-liang not only makes good use of Huanglian Wendan Decoction plus and minus treatment of various dampness and heat type diseases,but also extended the treatment of medical miscellaneous diseases in combination with the prescription system of febrile disease,the clinical effect was remarkable.Three empirical medical records was given to provide new ideas for the clinical application of Huanglian Wendan Decoction.
